Where do I find my access code?
Your access code was included in the purchase confirmation email from the shop where you bought the game. Check your spam and junk folders if you can't find the email in your inbox. If you still can't locate it, contact the shop where you purchased the game from - or contact us and we will see if we can find your order.
I bought the game but there was no access code in my email.
Access codes are included in an email once your payment is processed and yoru order has been confirmed. Most shops send them immediately, others within a few hours. If 24 hours have passed and you still haven't received one, contact the shop where you made the purchase.
My code says it's already been used / registered to a different email.
Each code is tied to the email address entered the first time it's used. If you entered a different email (e.g. a typo, or a different account), try again with that original email address. If you genuinely can't access your files, contact the shop where you purchased the game.
How many times can I download the files?
Each access code allows you to view and print the game a reasonable amount of times within 1 month. Access is logged so we can spot security or abuse issues. You will have access to some files for longer than 1 month, typically invites, audio files adn how to paly guides.
Can I share my access code with someone else?
Codes are tied to one email address. Each player in your group doesn't need their own code — the host downloads the kit and prints everything. If you run events professionally and need bulk access, get in touch. You may pass the code on to someone else in order for them to print the files for you.
The files won't open / the PDFs are blank.
Make sure you're using a recent version of Adobe Acrobat Reader or your operating system's built-in PDF viewer. Some in-browser PDF viewers struggle with files that have embedded fonts. Contact is if you need help.
I need to print multiple copies — can I do that?
Yes, you can print as many copies as you need for your personal use. The licence is for you and your private party. For commercial or large-scale event use, please contact us.
My download is stuck / failing.
Try a different browser or disable any VPN (Virtual Private Network). Large PDF files can occasionally time out on slow connections. If problems persist, please contact us.
